- The preparation of specifications and budgets
- Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure continuous effective service delivery
- Supervising installations and testing
- Management of contractors and onsite works being undertaken
- Preparing and issuing Fire Safety Certificates for lodgement with Council and Fire & Rescue NSW
- Scheduling of ongoing maintenance
- Preparation and submission of annual fire safety statements (AFSS)
